Residential assignments have included: new custom and tract residences, condominiums, PUD's, apartment complexes, and rural and estate properties in the $2,000,000 to $10,000,000 range.
Clients have included: banks, savings and loans, mortgage loan brokers, private mortgage insurers, third party relocation firms, attorneys, and the REO departments of FNMA and other lending institutions.
